- I acknowledge that any loss or damage to borrowed materials shall be my responsibility and must be settled in accordance with the prescribed fines set by the library.
- I will use my account solely for academic and research purposes, and not for any unauthorized or disruptive activities.
- I understand that students with pending payments of fines and/or unreturned books will not have their clearance signed at the end of the semester until all obligations are fully settled.
- I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of my library privileges.

However, borrowing privileges will only be granted once your account has been verified by the Library Staff.
